Perform "less than" threshold operation for complex value in Vec.

Remarks

Stores the result in the calling object. FloatPrecision and TOpenCLBase.ComplexComplexproperties of the calling object are adjusted automatically. If Vec ovalue is not complex, an exception will be raised.
